A great line up of three published authors on the history of the Sikhs. This panel session will look at the the development of the Sikh Empire, the Anglo Sikh Wars and the aftermath.

Key insights will be given regarding Maharajah Ranjit Singh, Lord Gough, Maharajah Duleep Singh, Maharani Jindan Kaur and other key figures.

1. Peter Bance- Author of several books. The Duleep Singhs: Photo Album of Queen Victoria’s Maharajah, Sikhs in Britain: 150 Years of Photography, Sovereign, Squire and Rebel: Maharajah Duleep Singh and the Heirs of a Lost Kingdom

2. Gurinder Singh Mann-Director of the Sikh Museum Initiative, Oxford University Published author of Guru Gobind Singh scriptures. Curator of the Anglo Sikh Wars Exhibition (2016-2017).
